3 Truly Spooky Things!

Imagine this.

Your are in a haunted corn maze, but instead of chainsaws and zombies, it's filled with your family and friends. And they are:

-All requesting your help

-Asking if you are really okay

-Making comments that belittle your feelings and needs

Truly scary.

And a reality for many of us, especially as we enter the winter and holiday season!

It's okay to want to be with and support your family and friends while still needing to prioritize your needs and boundaries. We will be sharing more about this in the months to come, but for now, check out the song "Bad for Me" by Meghan Trainor. And if it resonates, reflect on that.
