At the start of a new year, it is easy to get super ambitious and take on several goals or resolutions. It can be exciting. And it can quickly get overwhelming. If you get overwhelmed, drop a couple goals and focus on just one at time.


OR focus on things you DON'T need to do, like these:


DON’T

  1. Bite your tongue when someone says something that makes you uncomfortable

  2. Avoid tough but needed conversations

  3. Rely on others to validate your decisions 

  4. Say “I’m fine” when you are not

  5. Feeling guilty for getting your needs met


You do not need to compromise yourself to make others more comfortable. By stepping into your power and self-confidence, you can live this year with freedom!
