Use that creativity!

A recent research review by Jean-Berluche published in the Journal of Creativity, found that creativity can have a transformative impact on our health! This includes our physical, social and emotional health.

This review found that creative endeavors, including visual arts, writing and music, can impact emotional regulation, cognitive flexibility and social connectedness.

This is great news for all of us, because we are ALL creative. So get out that journal, find your paints, or get singing.
