How to Combat Winter Blues



We’ve got a pretty unique mental health tip for you today!


December is often FULL of parties - and then we get to January. For those of us in the Northern hemisphere, it’s cold, it’s dark, and all the holiday cheer is gone. 


To combat those winter blues, we recommend a favorite songs party! Gather together with a few good friends or family members, bring out the blankets and warm beverages, and each share a favorite song. Listen to each song and then discuss how you each connect with the songs. 


This simple idea can help you feel comforted, supported and joyful during this winter season.
