Did you know that music can improve your physical health too? Active music making, playing an instrument or making music with your body, improves your physical well-being as well as your mental health. And actually participating in music making is much more beneficial than just listening to music!

If you’d like to improve your physical health with music but find the thought of playing an instrument or singing intimidating, music therapy may be a great fit for you. A big part of our role as music therapists is to make the healing aspects of music accessible to everyone. NO MUSIC SKILL NECESSARY! We promise! We know how to provide activities that will work best with your preferred learning style, comfort level with active music making, and your health goals.

By making music yourself, you make the experience personal, which leads to more impactful and faster improvements in your well-being.

If this sounds like something you need, or something someone else in your life could use, contact us and let's chat!
