Last week I had the pleasure of being a guest speaker at Biola University, sharing my expertise as a music therapist working in mental health with undergraduate students majoring in music therapy.

These future therapists had a number of innovative insights about mental health therapy, and we had some great discussions about the role of music in mental health, including how music can cause harm and what characteristics are needed to be successful as a music therapist in mental health.

If you work with students or mental health professionals in training and would be interested in a presentation about the role of music therapy in mental health, contact us!
